L.L. Bean signature 1912 Duck Boot got some love from Alex Carleton of Rogues Gallery. One of the best I've seen. Love the worn in waxy canvas in place of leather... great mix of Rubber and Canvas. Great play to bring it to the street level.
Terry is just one of those guys you just want to know and maybe be... Well to me that is I can't speak for most but I know there are a few of us who think the same of Terry... Pure Fire and now you can add dope blogger to his many accolades.

I can only imagine that Danko is showing Neil how to play Cut Throat... "Sip The Wine" from Ricks solo album just started playing on the ipod and this song gives me goosebumps. I've loved this song since the day I heard it on Martin Scorsese's "The Last Waltz". Rick has been gone for sometime now and every time I hear his voice I get sad.
Spoons new album came out yesterday and if you haven't heard it yet, you should. Been a Spoon fan for some time now and this album does not disappoint. Album cover got my attention 1st.

Thanks to Jake Davis for introducing Sweden's jj. n 2 was released back in July but has also found its way to heavy rotation at the homestead. Jake described jj as the soundtrack for a make out session between The xx and Beach House both stunner bands.

Brooklyn dancepop duo Sleigh Bells is getting nuff play at my house this week... Derek Miller and Alexis Krauss make up Sleigh Bells. There is not much out there but I am sure you can find some tracks. My latest reports states that they are working on a full length and its much anticipated by many.
Went shooting the other night with Jared Schoenemann... this guy is just pure dope. I've always loved his work and when the picture is of me its even better (I kidd). This night was great tons of great shots and I learned a ton. Like I said before every time I go shooting with Jared I learn something new.
Just a test shot from last night nothing special... used some barn doors and yellow gels. Started a cleanse today, its my annual body rejuvenation.

I've been a fan of Charles's work since Bar Fly... I didn't get to watch Bar fly till a few years after its release in 87 but to a kid it was all the same. Pick up some Bukowski and you might feel the same way.
